These help pages refer to the latest version of Titanium. System Adminstrators should check for updates monthly to download and install the newest version of Titanium. Updates are free. This site has a header, frame with table of contents and frame with topic text. Press the tab key now to enter a navigation menu. Press tab to move through the navigation links and enter to select the desired option. Use arrow and tab keys to navigate contents. Hit enter to select a topic and Escape to access the navigation menu to select Topic Body. Hit Escape in a topic body to return to the contents. Email Support@TitaniumSoftware.com to obtain a Word document that has instructions for common activities using keyboard navigation instead of mouse clicks.

Group sign up sheets allow you to create a list of planned groups and workshops, and maintain the client roster for each group.  They also allow you to efficiently add clients to appointments for groups who will have appointments regularly over a period of time.  Group sign up sheets can be printed, if desired.  Printed sheets include email addresses and phone numbers for clients who have approved being contacted via these methods.

Create a Group Sign Up Sheet

1.  From the calendar screen, click Open > Group Sign Up Sheets.  

2.  Click New Group Sign Up Sheet.

3.  On the Group Information tab, enter information about the group (name, status, code, users, group size, etc.).

4.  On the Group Member Sign Up tab, add group members by:

oClick Add.

oSearch for the client.

oClick OK.

oContinue adding members as desired.

5.  Click Save.

6.  Click Exit.

 

 

 

Edit a Group Sign Up Sheet

1.  From the calendar screen, click Open > Group Sign Up Sheets.

2.  Double click on a sign up sheet to open it.

3.  Click the Edit icon on the menu bar.

4.  Make desired changes.

5.  Click Save.

6.  Click Exit.

 

Delete a Group Sign Up Sheet

1.  From the calendar screen, click Open > Group Sign Up Sheets.

2.  Double click on a sign up sheet to open it.

3.  Click the Delete icon on the menu bar.

4.  Type in "DELETE THIS CLIENT GROUP" and click the Delete Client Group button.

5.  Click Exit.
