These help pages refer to the latest version of Titanium. System Adminstrators should check for updates monthly to download and install the newest version of Titanium. Updates are free. This site has a header, frame with table of contents and frame with topic text. Press the tab key now to enter a navigation menu. Press tab to move through the navigation links and enter to select the desired option. Use arrow and tab keys to navigate contents. Hit enter to select a topic and Escape to access the navigation menu to select Topic Body. Hit Escape in a topic body to return to the contents. Email Support@TitaniumSoftware.com to obtain a Word document that has instructions for common activities using keyboard navigation instead of mouse clicks.

On this screen, you can:

 

Set default group sizes:  Enter numbers in the default group minimum/maximum sizes.  These sizes can be changed by users when creating new group sign up sheets.

 

Set service provider label:  Enter the label for service providers in your center (i.e., counselor, provider, practitioner, adviser, etc.)

 

Change label for Client primary external ID:  By default, the label is "student ID."  If your center clients aren't students, you can change the label to something else like driver license or state issued ID.  

 

Choose metrics to share with Titanium.  In order to improve Titanium features, you can choose to allow Titanium to send information about your system, hardware and database settings to Titanium Software, Inc. No client data is shared with Titanium.  To share metrics, click Titanium Metrics and check the types of data that you would like to share.  Click Ok.

 

Customization Codes:  This field is only used as instructed by Titanium Support.

 

Set automatic user log out:

oClick the automatic log out check box

oSet the inactive time period in minutes

(Note:  This feature is used for security purposes.  After a user who was logged out enters their user name and password, they will be returned to the screen where they were when the log out occurred.)

 

Adjust for time zone differences:  This is only for centers in which users and servers are in different time zones.  Enter the number of minutes that the database time settings should be adjusted to match the users' local time zone.  (Note:  Please consult with Titanium Support for confirmation before activating this field.)

 

Turn on notifications:  

 

Titanium includes pop up windows and auditory announcement "chimes" to notify users when appointments on their schedules have been marked as attended, canceled or rescheduled, and to notify users who have been granted permission to approve incoming data that clients have completed using the web component.  These settings will affect all users who have schedules, but individual users can turn off notifications as desired.  To turn off notifications:

oClick in the check boxes to turn off notifications.

oUse the pull down menus to change the sound file used for notifications.  

oUse the pull down menu to change the volume, if desired.

oEnter the amount of time within which the notification will sound if an appointment is changed to canceled or rescheduled (in minutes before the scheduled appointment time for when clients cancel/reschedule before the appointment).

oEnter the amount of time within which the notification will sound if an appointment is changed to attendance (in minutes after the scheduled appointment time for when clients arrive late).
