These help pages refer to the latest version of Titanium. System Adminstrators should check for updates monthly to download and install the newest version of Titanium. Updates are free. This site has a header, frame with table of contents and frame with topic text. Press the tab key now to enter a navigation menu. Press tab to move through the navigation links and enter to select the desired option. Use arrow and tab keys to navigate contents. Hit enter to select a topic and Escape to access the navigation menu to select Topic Body. Hit Escape in a topic body to return to the contents. Email Support@TitaniumSoftware.com to obtain a Word document that has instructions for common activities using keyboard navigation instead of mouse clicks.

Flags are used to communicate information about a client at a glance on multiple screens in Titanium.  Flags are shown on various screens in Titanium (client add/find, appointment block on the schedule, appointment screen, client screen).  If you do not want to use client flags, uncheck the Activate Flag Features box.  To use client flags:

1.  From the calendar screen, click Settings > System Settings.

2.  Click the Clients tab.

3.  Click the Activate Client Flags Features check box.

4.  Click the Flag Types button.

5.  Use the list screen to create the list of client flags:

oChoose the flag color from the pull down menu.  (Note:  Throughout the program, flags will appear as only white on green background or red background for flags you mark as critical.  The flag color chosen in this step will appear when users are choosing to assign flags to clients.  The colors can be a helpful way to designate groups of related flags.  Flag colors in this step can be repeated.)

oEnter a name.

oEnter a description.  (Note:  Descriptions will only show on this list screen.)

oClick the Notification check box if you want users to see notifications when working with clients who have been assigned the flag.

oCheck the Notification on Appointment Change box if you users to see the flag any time a flagged client's appointment attendance or mode are changed.

oCheck the Notification on Approval box if you want users to see the flag when running Approve Incoming Data.

oClick the Critical check box to have the flag display with a red background.

oClick the Show on Appts check box to have the flag show on appointment blocks on the calendar screen.  (Note:  The default background color for flags is pale green.)

oClick the Confidential check box to have the flag only be visible to users who have confidential access to the client file.

oClick the Locking check box to ensure that clients with that flag cannot be deleted until after the flag is removed by a user with sufficient permission to do so.

oUse the pull down menus for Add Security and Edit Security to restrict adding and editing flags to users who are Provider 1 and/or Provider 2.

6.  Click Save.  

7.  Click Exit.
