These help pages refer to the latest version of Titanium. System Adminstrators should check for updates monthly to download and install the newest version of Titanium. Updates are free. This site has a header, frame with table of contents and frame with topic text. Press the tab key now to enter a navigation menu. Press tab to move through the navigation links and enter to select the desired option. Use arrow and tab keys to navigate contents. Hit enter to select a topic and Escape to access the navigation menu to select Topic Body. Hit Escape in a topic body to return to the contents. Email Support@TitaniumSoftware.com to obtain a Word document that has instructions for common activities using keyboard navigation instead of mouse clicks.

There are multiple purposes of appointment code groups including:

o Filter when searching for openings for appointments

o Filter and aggregate data for reports

o Filter for advanced client search

Titanium already contains groups by appointment type (individual, group, other) and intake, so you do not need to create groups for those purposes.  An appointment code can be included in as many groups as desired.  

 

If you deactivate an appointment code, you will need to edit to remove the code from any groups.  

 

To create groups:

1.From the calendar screen, click Settings > System Settings.

2.Click the Appointments tab.

3.Click the Appointment Code Groups button.

4.Use the list screen to create a list of appointment code groups.  

5.Click Save.

6.Click Edit.

7.For each group, click the Group Members button.

8.Use the list screen to add appointment codes to the group.

9.Repeat Steps 4 - 8 to create all desired groups.

10.Click Save.

11.Click Exit.
