By default if you are running Ti9.exe from any drive that does not start with C: or D: then it will make a copy of the CHM file to the local user temp folder.

*** end of old information ***

*** New information ***

Titanium has been changed to copy the help file to the local folder automatically, therefore the setting on the {Miscellaneous} tab has been removed. If you select from the top menu "Help" > "Version Information" there is a listing for "Local Folder". This is where Titanium is copying the help file. Some university networks groups set the local help file from within Windows to point to a network drive and will therefore still experience this issue. Please contact us directly at Support @ TitaniumSoftware.com if you are experiencing this issue and we'll walk through a diagnosis.

404 Not Found

Abstract:

Installation instructions

Abstract:
08.21.06 - DY

While the product has beta testing we are still awaiting post beta reports. By default if you are running Ti9.exe from any drive that does not start with C: or D: then it will make a copy of the CHM file to the local user temp folder:

e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\Karl Zercoe\Local Settings\Temp\ Titanium Workstation

and run it form there. The only way to turn off this behavior (Besides running Ti9.exe from the C: or D: drive) is to go to the System Configuration screen and select the {Miscellaneous} tab and clear the value for the "Workstation folder for Help file:" setting which will tell Titanium to use the network copy of the CHM file.

What should be in this line for it to work from the local drive is "Titanium Workstation".

You may also need to locate the CHM file, right click and select "Properties". We use a number of templates for different documents, and they inevitably produce "sentence fragments." Whenever I do a spell check, likely 2/3 of the "errors" are of this more grammatical nature, rather than real spelling errors. My suggestion is to have three tabs: "spelling," "grammar," and "spelling and grammar." I know I would always use just spelling. Having all three tabs would allow folks to chose what they would most like.

Couples as single entity

Abstract: It was requested at the AUCCCD '06 conference to have the ability to treat a couple as a single entity as opposed to a group of two.

Test connection gives WARNING

Abstract:
If you running ConfigData from the client and you attempt to [Test connection] it will properly respond with "WARNING: These tables are not part of Titanium Schedule. In a database - there is a separate record (row) for each variable for each client. So - if you have 20 variables - there would be 20 rows for each client. In SPSS, there should be one record (row) per casenote AI with a column for each variable - i.e., 20 columns. You might be able to create a pivot table (in Excel) to cope with this.

Min & Max scores in AI list, tracking Zeros

Abstract:
It would make it easier for use with SPSS to have the ability to track "zero" answers to AI lists.
