| The Configuration screen below shows the Appointments tab. It includes an area to define some user defined fields that will be added to the appointment screen. (The default appointment length can be overridden for each specific appointment type.) |

| Specify appointment types, descriptions and display colors with the Appointment Codes screen below. Also specify which of the three appointment screens should be used with the appointment codes. |

On the Details tab of the Appointment code screen you can also specify other properties for the appointment code like the default appointment length and a default note type for the client note associated with the appointment. You can also specify if reminder should be added to the Task List if a note is not written or if additional information is not filled out like Outreach information. |
