The workstation setup program can be downloaded here: SetupWorkstation90SP1.exe (18.7Mb) This file is normally located in the Titanium Schedule application folder and on your installation CD.

Client Screen

The Client Screen is split into two tabbed pages. The first tab contains the client contact information. The second tab contains security setting for this client. The client demographics information is easily accessible using the Demographics button. The client file is also easily accessed by selecting the Client File button. The Client File will be discussed along with Case Notes.

The first image below shows the client Contact Information.

This is the Client Security tab where you can override the default security settings for specific clients. By default access to client files is restricted based on the users security level in Titanium. If that is not fine enough control this screen will let you explicitly specify which users can access a particular client's file.

The Demographics button will open a menu to let you view the Data Form you specified for holding client demographic information. Some Data Forms are included in Titanium like the two different client demographics forms below. You can also create your own custom Data Forms. This first form is a simple client demographics form that you can be further customized to meet your needs.

This screen is an alternate client demographics form that as developed by the CSCSMH as part of the Standardized Data set. Notice that there are scroll bars so you access the part of the form that did not fit on the single screen.
