There are several reports in Titanium Schedule to help you analyze the information in the system. Samples of
some of these reports are included below in Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format). Almost all reports have a
screen where you can select what data you want on the report by date, appointment type etc. Some of these
report screens are shown at the bottom of this page.
You will need the
Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in for your browser to view these files. This is a very
common plug-in, so you may already have it. If not, you can download it and install if from Adobe for free.

Titanium Schedule Sample Reports

Appointment Statistics: General center-wide statistics. Portions are often used in centers' annual reports.

Monthly Appointment Statistics: General
count of appointments for each month of the
year.

Client Contacts by Counselor: Summarizes the number of client appointments by counselor

Counselor Activity: Details a client's appointments, including individual, groups, couples and other. There is a summary version for comparing counselors.

Data Form Statistics: Displays statistics
from Data Forms. This example is based on
the simple Client Demographics Data Form so it
can tell you things like how many Freshman you
saw. You would also use this report to
display statistics on any custom data form you
create.

Multiple Counselor Schedules: Any number of counselors' schedules for a single day

Individual Counselor's Schedule: A single counselor's schedule for a single day with an option to show the same day of the following week
