DSM-IV™ Codes This feature lets you enter DSM-IV Multiaxial Evaluations using the copyrighted DSM-IV-TR
codes and descriptions. (Most of this fee is sent to the APA as required by our licensing agreement with them.)

Client Import This feature will periodically import some
client information from an external data
source. It is most often used to load
some information from the university's
student registration system into Titanium to
reduce data entry. This feature works
with ODBC compliant data sources and requires some configuration in Titanium to
match the incoming data fields to existing
fields in Titanium. There is
documentation on how this feature works and
how to configure it
here.
If you are
planning on using the Web based
client data entry then you
probably do not also want to use the
Client Import feature
because the web based entry often
gathers all information that the Client
Import feature does and much more.

Web based client data entry
(This feature is also known as the Web
Component)
This feature will allow clients to enter
information directly into Titanium
instead of having the client fill out
the information on paper and then having
someone type that information into
Titanium.
The feature allows you to create
a menu of choices and specify what
information (e.g. by specifying one or
more Data Forms) you want the client to
be presented with for each menu option.
For example you can have a menu
option for Intake Paperwork that
collects the client contact information
as well as demographics and the CCAPS 62
and a separate menu option for return
visits that only has the clients fill
out the CCAPS 34.
This feature uses a web site
hosted at your university.
Most centers have one or more
computers in their waiting area for the
clients to use with this feature.
This feature will require
that you have a Microsoft IIS web server
with support for .NET 2.0.
This feature is
rarely used at the same time as the
Client Import feature
because they provide similar
functionality. The Client Import
feature collects some client information
from an external souce like the
University Registration system and this
feature collects similar information
directly from the client.
This feature is more flexible and can
collect much more information. |

Remote Training
We can do remote training. You will be able to see on your computer what we do on ours. A speaker
phone will let you hear the presentation and ask questions. If several people want to see the
presentation, then the computer at your location can be connected to a projector.
Training sessions usually last 2 to 2.5
hours.
