If, after watching these videos, you need one-on-one help with a configuration issue, please contact us for assistance. Most centers have one or two staff members designated as SYSTEM users. Typically, this includes the director or clinical coordinator. Only SYSTEM users can configure Titanium Schedule. If you are not your center's SYSTEM user, you will be unable to access the System Configuration area in Titanium Schedule, and watching these videos will be pointless.
