Notice a button near the top of the screen allows instant access to the Client File, which contains all appointments, client notes, diagnoses, forms, and other documents on file for this client. Demographic data for this client are available via another button on this screen. Example demographic screens are shown below.

Here, three counselors have been assigned to this case by means of the Add/Select button. By default, access to client files and confidential notes is based on a user's security level in Titanium. Notice, however, that access to this client's case file has been restricted to these three counselors only. Titanium lets your center decide who may and may not access client data.

A number of pre-defined Data Forms are included in Titanium, like the two client demographics forms shown on this page, or you can create your own custom demographics form. The example on the left is a simple client demographics form that you can use or customize to meet your needs.

Notice the scroll bar that allows access to parts of this long and detailed form that do not fit on a single screen. Again, you can opt to use Titanium's pre-defined forms, modify them, or create your own from scratch.
