As you can see by this screen shot, Titanium Schedule offers a wealth of reports to help you analyze the information in your system.
Samples of the output of a few of these reports are included at the bottom of this page and are also available by selecting a sample from the Product: Sample Reports menu.

 Report Parameters
Virtually all Titanium Schedule reports have an associated screen where you can determine what data is sent to a specific report. The number and nature of the parameters you can set varies by report, but some common criteria are date range, counselor, and appointment code.
The screen shot on the left is an example of the data parameters screen for the Data Form Statistics by Appointment report.
Sample Titanium Report Output
Appointment Statistics General center-wide statistics. Portions are often used in centers' annual reports. View Sample
Monthly Appointment Stats General count of appointments for each month of the year. View Sample
Client Contacts by Counselor Summarizes the number of client appointments by counselor. View Sample
Counselor Activity Details a client's appointments, including individual, groups, couples and other. There is a summary version for comparing counselors. View Sample
Data Form Statistics Displays statistics for Data Forms. This example is based on a pre-defined data form called Client Demographics, so this report shows information like how many freshman were seen. This report could also be used to display statistics for any custom data form your center creates. View Sample
Multiple Counselor Schedules Any number of counselors' schedules for a single day. View Sample
Individual Counselor Schedule A single counselor's schedule for a single day with an option to show the same day of the following week. View Sample
