Titanium Schedule for up to 5 users
The basic Titanium Schedule package with licenses for 5 users.
This price is for the Annual Licensing Fee which gives you the right to use Titanium Schedule for the license period.
With the exception of the few optional features listed below, you get the full Titanium Schedule program.
All software updates and unlimited technical support are included.
You can pre-pay for additional years, if that fits your current budget situation, and additional users can be added in multiples of 5. (See the next entry.)

Block of 5-user licenses (optional)
Add extra five-user license blocks as needed.
If you need more than the basic five user licenses, you can order additional licenses in 5-user increments.
Example: If you are considering Titanium for a center with a staff of 14 people, you would need Titanium Schedule for up to 5 users and
two additional 5-user license blocks.
Calculate the number of user licenses your center needs by determining the number of center staff who typically will be using Titanium
simultaneously. You are encouraged to use the concept of full-time equivalent employee (FTE) in your calculation. The number of user
licenses you purchase does not dictate (a) how many computer workstations in your center have Titanium installed on them, or (b) how many users
have a Titanium log-in account. The number of licenses is solely based upon the usual number of people who will be using our software simultaneously.
Note: If you opt for the Web Component feature (see below), your clients who use the Web Component do not count in the number of licenses.

DSM-IV™ Codes (optional)
Allows you to enter DSM-IV Multiaxial Evaluations.
This feature lets counselors enter DSM-IV Multiaxial Evaluations using the copyrighted DSM-IV-TR codes and descriptions. (Most of this fee is sent to
the APA as required by our licensing agreement with them.)

Web Component (optional)
Allows your clients to enter information directly into Titanium.
The Web Component eliminates the need for a staff member to transcribe data from paper forms into Titanium. You can use Titanium's pre-defined electronic
forms or design forms of your own. You can create a menu of choices for the Web Component, each choice presenting clients with a different suite of one or
more forms to be completed. For example, you could designate one menu option for Intake Paperwork that collects client contact information, demographics,
and a questionaire or measure. You might create a separate menu option called Follow-Up for return visits that presents a single, custom designed instrument to your clients.
This feature uses a web site hosted at your university. Most centers have one or more computers in their waiting area for clients to use with this feature.
Desktop, laptop, tablet, and netbook PCs will all work for this purpose. In addition, your center or your school must have an available Microsoft IIS web server with support for .NET 2.0.
Note: Because they provide similar functionality, the Web Component and the Client Import features are rarely used in conjunction. The Client Import feature
collects some client information from an external souce, like your university registration system. The Web Component collects similar information directly from
the client and is generally more flexible and can collect much more information.
Note: Your clients who use the Web Component do not count in the number of user licenses needed by your center.

Client Import (optional)
Allows the import of client information from an external data source.
The Client Import feature is most often used to load selected client information from your university's student registration system into Titanium to reduce data
entry. This feature works with ODBC compliant data sources and requires some configuration in Titanium to match the incoming data fields to existing fields in Titanium.
Note: If you plan to use the Web Component (see above), then you probably do not need the Client Import feature. The Web Component often gathers all information
that the Client Import feature does and possibly much more. If you have questions about these features, please contact us.

Calendar Sync (optional)
Allows synchronization of Titanium with MS Exchange and/or Google Calendar.
The Calendar Sync feature allows Titanium appointments to be copied to Microsoft Exchange and/or Google Calendar.
Sensitive information in Titanium, like client names, is not posted to remote calendars. Synchronization can be
enabled for one, a few, or all Titanium users. The most common use of this feature is to let a user see their Titanium schedule
while out of the office (e.g. on a smart phone) and to show Titanium appointments as “busy” time on their public calendar.
Note: Calendar Sync only works with Microsoft Exchange 2007 SP1 or later and Google Calendar. No other calendar systems are
supported. If you use Microsoft Outlook without Exchange, Calendar Sync will not work.
You must be using Titanium version 10 or later to use this feature.

Remote Training (optional)
Live staff training via web-meeting.
You and your staff will watch the live training presentation on a single computer (often with a projector attached) at your location, and you will hear
our trainer's lecture and ask questions by means of a speakerphone. Training sessions usually last 2 to 2.5 hours.

No payment will be taken at the time of your order.
After you complete your order, we will send you an invoice that you can either pay by credit card or use as the basis for a purchase order.
