Diagnosis Settings

Titanium allows the use of three diagnostic classification systems.  The ICD-10 and ICD-11 classification systems are included in Titanium free of charge.

 

There is an additional fee for use of the APA's DSM-5TR codes. Visit our website to place your order for the DSM-5TR.  The APA requires an additional license agreement.  After receipt of the executed license agreement and fee, you will receive an email from Titanium Support with your activation code.

 

To set up diagnoses:

1.From the calendar screen, click Settings > System Settings.
2.Click Notes and Data Forms tab > Diagnosis Settings button.
3.Click in the check box next to the desired classification system.  For DSM-5TR, enter the activation key that you received from Titanium.
4.Use the pull down menu to choose the default classification system.
5.If desired, click in the check box to allow users to choose from among classification systems, if you have activated multiple systems.
6.If desired, click the button for the code set.  Use the table to add diagnoses to favorites and deactivate diagnoses.
7.Click Close.
