Titanium Schedule Help has won two prestigious awards in international competitions: First place in the electronic documentation category of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators (ISTC) 2003, and the Award of Excellence in the 2003 APEX Awards for Publication Excellence.
Security Features
Security may be the most important feature in counseling center software. Unfortunately, it usually gets the least attention. Other systems that store data in easily accessible files, like an Access database, can be vulnerable to data theft. In some cases, a person can just attach the data files to an email and send them off-site.
We take security seriously. Titanium Schedule uses Microsoft SQL Server to store your data. This allows the application to access the data without the users having direct access to the data files. That helps prevent someone from just attaching the data files (e.g. an Access database) to an email and sending them off site. Or even copying them to a disk or CD.
We have HIPAA compliant features like automatic inactivity logout, audit trails, and internal security levels to restrict access to various parts of the application.  Titanium also enforces a strong password policy and you can set when passwords expire.
On top of that, we have taken additional steps to help protect your data even if someone manages to get control of one of your workstations. (E.g. Hackers or disgruntled employees) This will make it extremely difficult for someone to get direct access to the data from outside of Titanium Schedule.
Remote Training
Remote user training is available for an extra charge, however it is not required. Titanium Schedule is fast to learn and easy to use. Along with our award winning help documentation there are some on-line videos to provide additional information. Support is just a phone call or email away.
