Titanium Schedule is counseling center
management software primarily designed for
university and college counseling centers. Titanium
Schedule has over 450 customers in the United States
and another 15 internationally. 90% of our
customers are university counseling centers.
Other customers also include disability centers,
psychology department teaching clinics, as well as
some customers outside of educational institutions.

Titanium Software is collaborating with the Counseling and Psychological Services at Penn State
University and a network of other universities and college counseling centers in the United States and
Canada on the Center for the Study of Collegiate Mental Health (CSCMH). The goal is to create a
collaborative and technology-powered national infrastructure for the purpose of gathering, sharing, and
reporting on the real time trends in college student mental health.

Identify clients by name only if necessary. Clients can optionally be identified by up to three
other identifiers including SS Number, Student ID, or a paper file number. Find a client by any of these
numbers or by a name search using part or all of their name. If a client gets entered twice, because of a
misspelling, you can combine the two clients' histories and
remove the duplicate entry.
