Titanium Schedule is counseling center management software designed for university and college counseling centers. Titanium Schedule has over 400 customers internationally.
Titanium Software is collaborating with the Counseling and Psychological Services at Penn State University and a network of other universities and college counseling centers in the United States and Canada on the Center for the Study of College Student Mental Health (CSCSMH). The goal is to create a collaborative and technology-powered national infrastructure for the purpose of gathering, sharing, and reporting on the real time trends in college student mental health.

ListServ for Titanium Schedule Users  There is a ListServ to put you in contact with other Titanium Schedule users.  This ListServ is hosted by Penn State University and is not regularly monitored by our company.  Please contact us at Support@TitaniumSoftware.com or 281-443-3544 for routine support issues related to Titanium.  The ListServ is a great resource for other information like how other centers are handling a particular situation using Titanium.  There are also years of searchable archives of previous postings.

Supports various appointment types like individual clients, groups/couples, and other activities as well as has recurring appointments, placeholders, and drag-and-drop rescheduling. Group/workshop management feature allows you to plan groups including a waiting list to signup people before the groups start. Non-client notes Identify clients by name only if necessary. Clients can optionally be identified by up to three other identifiers including SS Number, Student ID, or a paper file number. Find a client by any of these numbers or by a name search using part or all of their name. If a client gets entered twice, because of a misspelling, you can combine the two clients' histories and remove the duplicate entry. Remote training and configuration assistance are available
